Dear Parents/Guardians,

 Thank you for your interest in Little Flower Catholic School.  This school has been providing quality education to this community for over seventy-five years.  Our dedicated faculty and staff continuously strive to meet the needs of the whole child.  In addition, the small size of our school fosters a family atmosphere.  We would be delighted to take you on a tour of our school so that you can see for yourself what we have to offer.

Registration Requirements:

  Age
Students entering kindergarten must be 5 years old on or before September 10, 2011.  Students entering first grade must be 6 years old on or before September 10, 2011. 

Information Required Before Admittance

1. Application Form for Admittance
2. Interview of student and parents by the principal and classroom teacher
3. Current Blue Immunization Card  (IMM50)
4. Original Birth Certificate with state seal
5. Baptismal Certificate (if Catholic)
6. Social Security Card
7. Letter from Pastor, if coming from outside parish
8. Transcripts from previous school
9. Copy of educational evaluation, if student is requesting special services
10. Copy of custody agreement, if parents are divorced.
11. Signed tuition agreement
12. Payment of registration and all other fees

      Priority For Admission To School:
1.                  Students currently enrolled
2.                  Siblings of students currently enrolled        
3.                  Parishioners including incoming 
            kindergarten students
4.                  Catholics from parishes that have no   
            schools, or Catholics from parishes with  
            written approval of their pastor
5.                  Non Catholics
